A Baby Naturally offers two choices in childbirth classes!

The Bradley Method (R)

Looking for a full series of classes that will teach you everything you need to know to prepare for a natural birth in any setting? The Bradley Method (R) classes are for you! By far the most thorough, time-tested method for birthing without medications, you will learn exercise, nutrition, relaxation techniques, what to expect during each stage of labor, coaching, and more!

These 10-week class series meet on Sundays from 2:30-5:00 pm in West Chicago, IL. The classes include all books and materials, over 25 hours of instruction, a 2 1/2 hour breastfeeding class, and more-- for information, please visit the Bradley Method (R) website at www.bradleybirth.com!

Home BIrth 101

Planning a home birth and already know the basics? This class will help you prepare! Learn how home birth differs from births in medical settings, what supplies are handy to have, how to prepare for the big event, what to expect, and more!
